Kaleidoscope Island, an online learning platform
About Us

In March 2020, there was a declaration of the COVID – 19 pandemic by the World Health Organisation. On March 12, 2020, in St. Lucia, all educational institutions including schools and early childhood centres were closed to support the virus containment efforts and the Ministry of Education transitioned to an at home E – Learning program with a focus on children in primary, secondary and tertiary institutions. The early childhood sector was greatly affected as there was no programming available for virtual instruction. Over the next 18 months, there have been very limited opportunities for in person learning for our preschoolers due to the status of the epidemic.

This website seeks to provide a learning platform for children under the age of 5 that can be used to supplement their at home and in school learning. It can be used along with their parents and guardians to support them in their early learning goals.
